to clarify no one knows what shares they hold onto, that may have been traded before the declared divvy date?

How could have Calissio known that the PPS was going to meet the criteria for 25% special divvy? You really cant predict future stock prices months in advance, so I do not believe they "failed miserably".

How come Darbie did not notify before Beaufort/Nobilis sold?

My main concern is the attempt of a claw back.
