I suppose if they don't have votes for the 175 mil additional shares they will reverse split again leaving the authorized shares the same and accomplish their goal of having shares available to issue. Either way the current shareholders suffer major dilution.

As difficult to grasp as that is, you are right on point about the valuation of the company at this point. I have always felt that Avid alone would justify any risk with this company, but with AVID and the cash equaling the market cap, it is still abundantly clear that management obviously has a disconnect out there.

I would like to have someone point out another biotech months from full enrollment in a Phase III with fast track designation, and overall safety in numerous of prior trials with no debt that is valued at 0.00, since I am sure that most if not all biotech startups do not own their own manufacturing facility. A list of them would make for great comparisons.

Oh did I mention we own all the patents in hottest technology in Cancer.

Hasn't made sense, continues to not make sense, so the question is does someone take responsibility for this, or do we continue to say conspiracy theories???
