The mkt values all of pphm ip at about $16 mil imo

Avid value 3.6 times annual sales = $130 mil (conservative in not including internal sales and upgraded capacity)

Current cash $55 mil estimated

MC $201 mil.

Ten yr cumulative dev costs of IP $263 mil.

So if mgmt is using ATM, they are getting about 6 cents on the dollar for IP...

How much worse can one do on a partnership?
