Easy its called mismanagement the genius was the Zen master of mismanagement and wasting money on stupid ideas. Wave should have pared down its expenses long before solms entered the scene. Common sense says cut your expenses to be in line with your revenues something the genius apparently didn't believe in or maybe he was just that stupid as to not be able to figure this out or he just didn't care because he could always count on his gullible shareholder base to supply him with easy money and he knew his family picked bod would not hold him accountable to run the company in a fiscally responsible way , a recipe for disaster for certain .
Not fully sure about solms yet he inherited a company that was horribly mismanaged and in desperate condition in all areas, having known that himself I believe he should have made these recent cuts a year and a half ago instead of just recently. He knew the genius had way to many employees for their revenues and he also had to know that these revenues were going to nose dive much further because of the idiot before him losing Dell.
So is solms just a puppet for the Sprague's ? The fall guy for their mismanagement of wave ? Someone to take the rap for their incompetence ? Definitely something to ponder
