No, the 2.5% is not correct...

...it has to do with 50% of the interest's of the AAOC 'claims as creditors in "CERTAIN LITIGATION PROCEEDS."

...the WMILT has 'abandoned any such litigation 'other than the D&O 'recently settled and recorded.
