The WMILT was extended to settle...

...recoveries, and claims.

...not uncommon at all.

...can't close out a liquidating trust without completion.

...nothing special at all.

...and NOTHING TO DO with WMIH.

...or WMIH uplisting to NASDAQ.

Get back to me when you have some credible information that shows no return to ESCROW. Like I said time and time again...if ESCROW holders was not in the money. They would have eliminated ESCROW years ago. No point in keeping us around for years or extending WMILT.



There are active claims against the estate that haven't been settled or disallowed. There are funds left to pay for some of the claims (if those claims are settled to a lower amount). Most of the claims are employee claims. The amount of money left to pay those claims are in the 10's of millions.

That's why WMILT is still around.
