Apostle, I agree with the toy fair having been known. However, there was no mention of Target in any fashion. I guess the closest thing would be the line : "Last year, we received an inquiry from another of America's largest retailers about supplying a line of toddler dolls and we are pleased to announce the debut of The Prettie Girls! Dream Babies at the Toy Industry Association Fall Toy Preview in Dallas, Texas this October."
Sorry if I am missing something but if you can, please explain how you knew about the Target meeting back in August. Thanks.
