This tweet from One World on the 25th, does say target and toys r us. This is the most recent statement about target, maybe they will release a PR for the people who don't follow their twitter.
"Target stores expressed an interest in also wanting to carry the dolls instores this year, we are still going through a process of getting just official vendor setup with target stores, so thats something else we look forward to announcing. But just literally speaking in a matter of 2 weeks from ToyFair we actually established business with the worlds largest retailer and have opened up discussions with another major retailer Target stores this year." -Trent Daniels, April $OWOO CC.
