Maybe so but the SEC's response WILL BE THE SAME. AND ERBB WILL NOT EVER HEAR ABOUT BEING REPORTED. SEC recognizes retail accusations versus BROKER and BANK losses and will act accordingly.

For 1st time erbb sec complaints, you will enter the website then a display appears with multiple complaint categories..I "checked" Manipulation of Security...then later checked "Pump and Dump"...provides blank box to fill in your reasoning....mine was excessive,possibly fraudulent PRs accompanied with large share selling...But, other folks can post a completely different rationale..Upon complaint completion, you wil be issued a "TCR" number for reference...
