WELCOME TO EVERY PINK SHEET... ALL 8000+ of them partake in this VERY COMMON practice. But i'm sure the SEC will want to take a close look at ONE company over the other 8000+. Probably Monday or Tuesday the SEC will shut down ERBB for trading. ROFLMAO!!
NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN... SAFE HARBOR AND PINK SHEETS. SEC FINRA DTC.... NO ONE IS GOING TO TOUCH ERBB ANY TIME SOON. By all means.... submit complaints to them.... that is what they are there for. But ERBB has nothing to worry about.
