SEC won't spend 10 minutes looking at ERBB though. I AM NOT NEW TO PINKS, so I KNOW how the SEC "reviews" SAFE HARBOR "infractions" and ERBB has done NOTHING ILLEGAL. But it feels good to do the right thing. ERBB should be reported as should about 6000 other pink sheets. But ERBB has NOTHING to worry about. Thank you for the diligent research. The SEC only cares when the brokerage or investment banks are harmed, not retail shareholders and short term traders. They're just like HR in a corporation is in place to protect the company not the employees, the SEC is in place to protect the brokerages and investment banks. It's that corrupt.
