If this was a real live company, he could force them into Chap 11, and the judge might increase the A/S to pay him,.

Somebody once showed me a judgement like that. I watched the company reverse split over and over again.

And the reason this group can't do it, is because the sp bottomed out on the PR's. Apparently not enough trust for the strategy to work.

OTOH, I don't remember seeing the toxic default clauses in Asher's convertibles. I read those in a debt offering, and the "scam" bell goes off in my head. Fast flips only on scams. No long term.
