Audit Complete In Days?


From the July 28 SHL - "The audit of NTGL has started and will be completed in a matter of days."

It's been two months. How long can it possibly take to "audit" a completely empty shell company with no revenues, no transactions, no business, no IP and 2 employees?

From the July 28 SHL - "NGTL is near completion of the steps necessary to distribution shares to shareholders."

Again, it's been two months since that statement, and far, far longer since shareholders were first promised their shares in this empty shell.

What exactly is holding up the process?
