People only had until 9/22 to request to be lead plaintiff. From here, they still have to go through the steps to establish a class, which can take a while and may never happen. Next news should be that a class has been granted by the court and they can move forward, but that may never come. The weekly posts from the various groups trying to get in line first should abate though.
