this is a carefully orchestrated accumulation by deep pockets imo. Like I said I've traded exel over the last year and this is the exact same pattern. Retail can't control the price movements here. Just hold and buy again around .80-83 imo. I don't think we get much lower than that, there has consistently been very strong action to support the price in that range. Though I wish this was happening over a buck I'm not too concerned with that yet... patience:)
