Colv is a really good bounce play buy. they owe no convertibles because the only debt thy owe is to management, who has been taking restricted shares for payment. they own 240 mil shares of the 400 mil shares outstanding. so the float is very small. the 400 mil os figure includes the 30 million shares that were dumped last week and this week by some cruddy affiliates. those shares have been absorbed. of the 160 mil free trading shares, over 100 million of them are owned at .10+ from the trading volume in the stock back in June 2015. the rest of the shares are owned between .10 and .0018. i think it should experience a huge bounce. it was just .0245 last week and only 30 mil shares have been added to the float since then, which is why the os is now 400 mil.
