#4519 RE: Patrick Bateman #4518

Investing in pipe dreams don't work. Never get caught up in so called partnerships/collaborations with well known entities unless those transactions involve money. So many penny stocks announce partnerships with big name companies/entities and when you look beyond the surface its a lot of hogwash. I've seen it with so many micro cap stocks my head could spin round and round for days.

Little micro cap companies aren't held as highly to standard SEC regulations (though those hardly matter at all these days) and the Zoetis deal is a perfect example. If the larger partner never commits actual dollars and never PR's the relationship or talks about it in anyway then its a bunch of pipe dreams.

I could name dozen of micro caps stocks who have claimed partnerships with BP, major hospitals, gov't entities and large companies that really had nothing more then discussions at best.

I strongly recommend that there are two keys for success as a publicly traded company and they are the most important of all.

1.) A product that has substance not promises

2.) Capital and a lot of it because otherwise you have ZERO chance of succeeding.

In this case we have neither and you really need both or it fails. It really is that simple.
