A buy out has been mentioned here before in the past, I just don't see it happening. I can't see Rohan and the Marley family allowing another company to control Jamn using the Marley name without the Marley family. I don't know if they could stop it or not, but if they could they would. IMO

Can you explain

Marley will be bought out one day if they continue to spread brand and increase sales double-digit.

Sales growth has slowed. Q3 2 years ago was $2.5 million; this last quarter was $2.8 million. Is that "double digit" growth? Maybe, but barely.

It's a "win/win" even if they don't make it on their own.

If they don't make it on their own, who would buy them? They have no assets; they're not profitable; they keep needing cash infusions; they don't even own the Marley Coffee name - and Rohan has been using the name for side projects like the South Korea cafes. So who would buy them?

Starbucks is "our parents" coffee shop. Not cool!

If you've noticed in big cities like where I live, the young people go to the "beetnik" joints, the offbeat places. Not Starbucks.

JAMN doesn't have coffee shops. They sell coffee in grocery stores. And they make about $4 per store per day in revenues.
