How can you say the divi has 'no value'
Then in the next paragraph say ' the Company is locking up 1/2 of shareholders value with the divi'?




It's more like a Company giving you a, buy one get a coupon for another free at a later date.
I'm cool with that.
Seems to me 77mm shares is cool with that.

All I see is 275k of the 77mm being offered for sale.
.02s are not being fed, but maybe this will stir things up?

There is also the tax liability created for the investors. IRS is going to love this one. Thy may even look into how the company accounts for it. Lots of huge numbers tossed around for years. I am thinking some IRS audits will be forthcoming.
