Lets not confuse cases. Comply with what?? Energy Supreme has complied with everything in both the Fed case and the State case. IFUS is the one out of compliance in both cases.
I think even lowly Chicago State would recognize that losing one's attorney as the deadline approaches in a Federal RICO case is not "good for the IFUS case strategically." At least it isn't on this Planet & in the U.S.
