stoneroad, there is no such distrust in BoD/management. I only evaluate ALL possibilities and AFTER the dose switching i exclude NOTHING.

The difference is here that by looking at the facts there is some set-up driving to a NO while advising YES and if BoD wants a NO the simplest thing to do was NOT PUT THIS PROPOSAL #3 UP.

So i said to myself, possibly they need an EXPLICIT NO VOTE for some reason. That could be a good reason but i didn't find any.

So reason the more for me to vote YES.
