At the same time, you have certainly implied that a NO vote might result in PPHM cutting a deal with an offshore entity (or someone else) that is not shareholder friendly. IMO, it SUCKS that such even needs to be contemplated. If we all inherently 100% trusted that management has our backs, this would never even have to be a remote consideration.
