CP, in your thought process there is an inherent distrust in management and the BOD. You have to admit that is a pretty crappy place to be sitting as a shareholder.
CP, does a "get all the shares they want and then do a RS" make sense and fit anywhere in the puzzle in your head ? The thoght of another RS makes me nauseated :)
