Which means they are as transparent and

Something good must be happening. Show proof of your claim of the SEC looking into this. Show something of substance. Seriously, starting a rumor and hurting a company's reputation is no joke. You invoked the "SEC" by bringing them up. That is not funny by any means. You came out of nowhere and claim that the SEC is going to shut them down. Where is your proof? LINKS?
