AZ. This is very plausible, but there must be value to the CG in terms of giving the WMILT to WMIH in exchange for the shares. It is totally possible this event could occur. It may all happen at once.

But as I have told you before, I sincerely respect your view and opinion on this and I do agree, it is one way to do a

"quid pro quo"

for all 3 parties.

Which entity currently owns 100% of the equity in WMIIC, the LT or WMIH??? I have always wondered why WMIIC always has such a prominent role in this case, when for all intents and purposes it is an "asset-less"/worthless shell.
