From when to when , is it that no one can convert/ dilute? Is that an expectation or is it rigid policy/ law? When will chill be removed? I am not familiar with the action of a stock that has no dilution action running the show, and such a small OS. Will have to go back and hit the books from past times long since gone, lol. But I really would like to know more about the issue on no dilution if anyone knows. Thanks in advance.
