Are you saying that the auditors havent signed off on the 10K?

These things are usually done way in advance. And an 8K has to be filed within 10 business days of a material event.

This DOES NOT hold up a 10K.

Any thing that happens after May 31, 2015 is not part of 10-K.

Any thing that happens after May 31, 2015 is not part of 10-K. Anything started but not finished before May31, 2015 does not have to go into 10-K. Otherwise, anything that should be reported can be 8K.....JMHO
