Austin, though there are a lot of great things about it, is very much a ' millennial' city - highest concentration of that demographic in the country is there. Austin has more bars than anywhere in the country probably too. The live music venues are being pushed out by condos being built to house the Mark Zuckerburgs that are moving in, ala San Francisco.
