I certainly do, but you continue to try to bury the truth of it.

You don't know that to be true yet you persist in making that claim. He read the 10-K's that said so, didn't he? WAIT, HE DIDN'T JUST READ THEM, HE SIGNED THEM!

You can argue that it's in the past, but you really shouldn't be arguing that he wasn't fully responsible for it. And you can't possibly justify its appearance in two sequential 10-K's.
The harder you try to excuse him for this series of false statements the worse he appears.

and I fail to see the "causal relationship" of any alleged damages to an inaccurate statement...when the correction was made regarding the inaccurate statement, PRIOR to the alleged wrongful period in which the damages are said to have occurred and upon which the investor was said to have relied. No one can claim "damages" and have say that they have relied upon on "incorrect information" that had been corrected prior to the period of the alleged wrong.
