Fact is GTRQ received a $50,000 deposit from Itraq stated in the SEC filing. At the time of the original S1 filing announcement it was unknown about that deposit. Also once product is delivered the will receive another $250,000 of which $ 100,000 is profit so the company will have $550,000 to work with. You're numbers are wrong and it's unknown to the public if there is another deal with another deposit or if in fact Geotraq found a cheaper rate for production. The claim that the offering was a failure because it didn't raise the original $1 million Is Baseless non factual information.
