Yet I've read several times there is no GTRQ dilution. Fact is that is wrong, there IS dilution, like it or not. All one has to do to verify is to contact the TA. Meanwhile the share price has diminished from about $.20 to almost half that number. The CEO was attempting to raise $1M, yet we now hear $400k was his "actual" goal AFTER the $1M number was not achieved. Sorry, I don't agree with a single word of that, there are ZERO facts to support the claim.
