This however is such a statement:

"Klein has to clean up mess left for him. He is adding real assets. He is increasing number of restaurants with real honest growth. I would guess a few more shares are needed to finish convert notes. It does not mean he will use all these shares. This opportunity is just as good now as earlier. Remember he has 900k of his own in here.This is much better than a reverse!!!"

We all know that thre's only one reason for Pink Sheet "CEO"s like Klein increase teh A/S astronomically. It's so his Lords and Masters - that would be Kit and Adi- have some more new shares to dump into any volume their paid pimps can whip up.
