Regardless, if Kaplan is to implement something that'll stick Z is giving him the terms..
So, ya got a control issue, Z attempting to control Kaplan's actions, That's probably not a good idea. Regardless, it means that unless he succumbs to Z's demands, he'll have to dig deep and wide to make something stick, that Z will have no choice but accept.
May have been a cover today, readying for a little pop, but,, unless V intends to use any monetary penalty or reimbursement to buy back shares, (V's expenses are diluting them, causing downward pressure ) in the shareholder pool, it's likely just short termed and will revert to the current sideways, downward trend.
For the share price to raise and stick, Kaplan needs to go beyond Z's plea in such a way, it hurts Z's entire case. I don't think he has that power, not enough to make it stick, at this juncture.
