We tried to work with V. We really wanted to settle, but before we had a chance to V attacked us with injunctions in multiple countries.
Did you know V is a Non-Practicing Entity (NPE)?
We tried to negotiate with V, but they would not budge.
We accidentally disclosed confidential information, but it didn't really hurt V because they are a NPE.
We tried to be reasonable and meet the discovery requests, but V unreasonably asked for too much.
Maybe some of our submissions weren't in English, but V is unreasonable to expect them to be.
Guo? Who is Guo? No, no, no. Guo is a NPE (Non-Practicing Executive). He has nothing to do with all of this.
But we did offer to bring everyone to Hong Kong to meet him.
We are sorry for all the gamesmanship and BS we put you through Kaplan. That was just a misunderstanding. We are all good people here in China.
