so then why has pps for mvtg been sliding? Could it be that the technology is not quite ready for significant prime time? Seems to me that it should already be in use of functioning in prototypes for drones etc.. some of the niche applications.

The Mantra (MVTG) co. Ceo,Cfo,Sec.,Treasure,Director draws 168+...& 128+ total about 300k. Revenue 2015 168k revenue2014 200k(maybe'more,can't remember,listed on 10k). Point is they are under funded & say dilution will happen....same. Same. Boat as NPS...take ur pick...Larry Kristof ..CEO....it's all in the last 10K.
