I disagree. Pure dilution is when shares are used to generate funds to pay basic bills. That certainly is not the case here in my opinion.
Klein is adding assets and being very forth coming about what he is doing. I I think you need to look at the possibility that Klein knows what has to be done and is cleaning up prior issues and building the company at the same time.I believe he will be very successful for all of us as this company grows rapidly.Off to work. Hopefully a good day for all of us shareholders.
