FINALLY a piece of logical rendering. A well written, no emotional crap, piece that leaves the reader to have their own take on what has happen so far. Yes, I think there is some form of fraud here, however the question is WHO is committing the fraud. There is no evidence being presented in this piece that allows us, encourages us, to point a finger at ANY ONE ENTITY as the guilty party.

Logical discourse beats emotional spewing every time.
