In looking at the ZMRK financials - where is the money coming from to produce the jewelry.
Crayola is being paid by ZMRK in a licensing agreement - so Crayola won't be funding the production.
I have read many financial statements and ZMRK is the first I have seen to use shareholder equity as a asset.
Their financials are a disaster and we still don't know how the Jewelry Television settlement will effect the financial status of ZMRK. They gave less than 150 days to comply with the terms and conditions of the settlement.
I don't see where ZMRK has any borrowing power for the production of the jewelry.
