I have many contacts in Washington. There won't be any new airline service from the United States to Russia anytime soon....that's for sure. If the U.S. could cut off Putin completely we would. Geopolitics being what they are in regards to Crimea and Eastern Ukraine, BLTA flying is a non starter. If you don't like the policy, cry to Susan Rice.
