We have been over this a few days ago. All embassies are open all counselates are open. There are no travel restrictions to russia there are advisories agaist traveling to known war regions such as crimea but that is nowhere near Saint Petersburg.
There are no trade embargos against russia the only sanctions are against individual people and a few companies. Thats according to the US State Department and if you go back to the posts ive already made in teply to this the state department links are included, if you don't like geopolitical policies mabye you should cry to susan rice and they can change us foreign policy so that baltia can't fly.......somehow I doubt that will happen though
Inorout, I totally disagree. We have been flying there in HARDER times than these. Russia definitely wants us and has a great newly renovated airport just waiting for us !!!!!!!!!
