Depends on which analyst you read... there is more than 1 who values the software and security patents alone at 15 dollars a share.

There have been multiple attempts from other big companys to buy blackberry for this reason.

There is value here, but it will not be a quick buck unless you flip massive volume daily. Its going to be a slow climb unless they get bought out.
