Could be. But, the dilution is very real as evidenced by the AS raise to 10 billion, filings, and pending conversions. But, that doesn't mean it won't take off. News is overdue and should come soon IMO. My guess, they'll wait a little bit to run it up just prior to conversions. It seems they're keeping lenders at arms length by not filing the 10Q, now a month overdue. Could be a smart move, maybe renegotiating terms. Don't really care, as long as it continues its climb up.
