How is it "clearly a scam"?

I'll agree, there are lots of unknowns, but FINRA did unhalt it... But there hasn't been any proof it's a scam. Not to me anyway.

As for FITX, there is tons of proof that is a scam. The fake employees, the non-existent drink.. Etc.
