AZcowboy, my personal opinion is these documents carry a tremendous amount of weight just like the previous JPM R203 showing the 160 plus billion in off balance sheet monies.

So the information that you found and then did not find is extremely "telling" in my view. If those "many" issues were still relevant then JPM's recent filing would have showed them as well but if they were disposed of then there would be no need.

Yes, the mere passing of time does tell us things when there are no filings such as WMIH is NOT going to be growing by purchasing small companies first and then gradually getting larger over time. No doubt, WMIH will buy companies in the future but the start of NewCo/WMIH will be about purchasing former WaMu assets via WMILT.

To think WMIH could not find one single company to buy since 3/20/2012 is ludicrous and laughable at best. No, time has told me this is all about WMIH purchasing and receiving former WaMu assets going forward and soon time will tell us this as well.
