The city of Vancouver so called business licenses for dispensaries are nothing more than a shake down. Charging 30K for a licenses to open a dispensary is outrageous. Other business don't pay nearly as much. This is the Mayor of Vancouver taking a piece of the action in the marijuana trade period.
