I believe that is important point you are making, do you think J. Rod Martin is still active in this company?

XZX, I agree with everything you have written. Is it possible OROT has it's own huge tax issues in Ecuador and that the merge may be to their benefit, beyond the mine and it's assets?
We have concentrated so much of Sierra and not so much on OROT and any issues it may have tax wise, which would be an incentive for M & A activity.

I questioned you once, when you stated Jorge was playing games. Now I know you are correct.

Jorge is a trickster. Do you believe he reads this board? I bet he does.

Now, does Budman speak spanish? If not, then he may have used Gomez as a translator with Jorge.
I would love some DD on OROT's tax situation with their Government. I am hearing that the economy is very bad and the Government is looking for tax dollars where they can find them, and they are leaning on mine producers like OROT.

If OROT has a tax situation that is deleterious to it's growth prospects, maybe a merger makes sense even beyond the mine M and A.

If anyone can find this out, it's you xZx.

OROT-SIRG did not file a Chapter 7-didn't have to. FINRA_and_the SEC would not have removed the Q if 'the engine' was a clunker,so to speak. OROT is here to mine the Copper Chloride Mine.Remember that OROT had to prove it had the financial wherewithal to see things through to everyones' satisfaction.
