i just wanted to confirm that it was, in fact, budman who submitted the reorg plan rather than jaime gomez or someone else.

i think this is a critically important fact, especially in light of some of the confusing emails that surfaced here in recent days. it's worth paying attention to the date, also.

let's state the obvious: budman's name is all over the reorg plan, and it's clearly involving OROT, whose website (today) claims "no relationship" to SIRG.

if budman were at all concerned about OROT's website announcement today, he would have issued some filing or PR to clarify.

the more the stock trades, should it turn out to be running on fumes, the more likely FINRA would be to dig in and find out who was behind that activity.

of course FINRA allowed the Q removal just 9 sessions ago, so it would lead one to think budman and FINRA are in sync, "singing from the same sheet of music", at least to some degree.

the "odd man out" is jorge, who seems (imo) to be doing a clunky job of deflecting eager investors while they (he and SIRG) work their deal. jmho.
