MMMW is located in the territory of Eversource which is nowhere near reaching any net metering cap limits yet.

Ricker has also only been a habitual lier about "sold projects" and "partners" in the past too, so I wouldn't get too excited about anything he has to say either. His first and only obligation at this point in time should be to keep this company's shareholders from getting screwed by his financial reporting delay and general overall incompetence. Putting hopes on any lawmaking body to do anything, leave alone the right thing on time is a complete fools game as well. MMMW has missed their turn to play that game, and they simply don't have the money or time to wait for the next turn either because the game will be over by then anyway.

Per MMMW: two men one day to install.

No shortage of customers yet product completed in June.

Task one:
Someone give me a sales rundown based on ONLY two installers, five days a week for July and August.

Task two:
One of you pumpers give me a positive spin on ALL of the following:

Shareholder meeting canceled with no company explanation.

SEC non-compliance

No verifiable projects or sales announced. Keep in mind they released meaningless LOI from that marijuana company.

MMMW having $35000 available almost 4 months ago.

Hey cashforme,

Why don't you post the whole email Ricker sent you so we can confront him about what he's telling you vs what the numbers say.

That might help this board and your fellow shareholders get some details on the company.
