His first and only obligation at this point in time should be to keep this company's shareholders from getting screwed by his financial reporting delay and general overall incompetence. Putting hopes on any lawmaking body to do anything, leave alone the right thing on time is a complete fools game as well. MMMW has missed their turn to play that game, and they simply don't have the money or time to wait for the next turn either because the game will be over by then anyway.
