where the holder can convert at lower and lower price ( possibly by shorting) and cover his shorts with the shares he just acquired....the death spiral.
It's not just these warrant holders nakedly shorting but yup I'm watching for an end to this b4 entering at the bottom. Difficult to tell how many more to go..between 350M at .10 and 590M at current pps. How many were converted already at a higher pps also difficult to gauge.
